baking is in the tradition of my family.

like my grandfather and father before i became a master baker (bäckermeister) in 1990. i started my apprenticeship in 1982 and became a certified baker in 1985.

my international career started in 2004 and i worked for bakeries in germany, united kingdom, united states and singapore.

i joined sats, my current employer in singapore, in 2007.
